General terms related to Invest in Lieksa – Real Estate & Investment platform service. (RE&IP):
Investor
As a person acting on behalf of the investor you ensure that by providing the investor profile to the RE&IP service, you expressly permit Invest in Lieksa to use the investor profile in company introductions, and that Invest in Lieksa is authorized to use the investor profile as specified in these terms. If you do not wish Invest in Lieksa to use the investor profile, you can remove your profile from the service.
The form and nature of the services provided by Invest in Lieksa may change from time to time without prior notice to the companies. In addition, Invest in Lieksa may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services or use of RE&IP service without prior notice.
After Invest in Lieksa has introduced the case owner to the investor or the RE&IP platform has generated the automated introduction, the investor is alone in charge of all further discussions, verification procedures and conclusion of contracts (including confidentiality commitments) with the company as required.
Invest in Lieksa is not conducting any background check or Due Diligence on the companies using the RE&IP service. Invest in Lieksa is also not responsible for the quality of case owner profiles.
The Investor is alone responsible for checking the case owner backgrounds.

General terms related to the RE&IP -service
As a person acting on behalf of the case owner you ensure that the information that is provided in the case owner profile is accurate, as the entity you are representing is responsible for any content you post to RE&IP service. The information should be updated or deleted in case the information is not accurate any more. Invest in Lieksa is not responsible for the quality of case owner profiles.
By providing the case owner profile to the RE&IP service, you expressly permit Invest in Lieksa to use the case owner profile for investor introductions. If you do not wish Invest in Lieksa to use the case owner profile, you can remove your profile from the service upon request.
The form and nature of the services provided by Invest in Lieksa may change from time to time without prior notice to the case owners. In addition, Invest in Lieksa may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services or use of the RE&IP service without prior notice.
