3. Development plot adjacent to services

This is a land owned by the Lieksa, at it offers a great opportunity to develop the tourism services of the area. The services of the village of Koli are right next door, for example a restaurant, tourist information, places to visit, mini golf, a fuel distribution point and a grocery store. Access to the national park is practically across the road. Less than 1 km to the port of Koli and about 3 km to Ukko-Koli.


It would be possible to plan various entities for tourism along Kolintie. A restaurant, accommodation and program services are needed in the area. Hiking trails and the immediate vicinity of the city center make it possible to build a commercial property. Potential tenants for retail space can be asked from the Invest in Lieksa team.


The area is suitable for accommodation and service construction, hotel or holiday homes, tourist services, commercial apartments, restaurant services, etc. The building right in the area is approximately 15,000-20,000 sq. M.
